STATEMENT My work is driven by a desire to paint the emotional truth of nature rather than its literal form. I'm fascinated by the places where light dissolves into haze, where colour breaks open into unexpected harmonies, where animals seem to emerge from the land itself. Using bold, layered brushwork and atmospheric colour palettes, I try to capture landscapes as living, breathing presences — places shaped by memory, instinct, and the elemental forces that move through the natural world. Each painting is an invitation to step into a quieter realm, where the wild feels near enough to touch and the boundary between the real and the dreamlike fades."
