ANYA WARD (b.1975, United Kingdom) is an artist living and working in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Anya’s mixed media abstract paintings are process-driven and are a response to her personal paradoxical journey into non-dualism and embodiment. Anya describes her process as being a conduit for something beyond thought - connecting with Infinite Intelligence, she allows line, colour, and form to emerge intuitively across layered surfaces using acrylics and found tools for mark making. Recently, Anya has introduced looped sound frequencies into her studio practice, expanding her visual language into multi-sensory forms. Anya exhibits in contemporary art galleries around the UK and has her work in private collections in the UK, Europe, US, Canada and Australia.
